Although each class is personalized, a typical first session can look like:

 

 

Settle in, get comfy

Introduction, Q&A to identify your goal with your meditation practice.

Identify the technique that suits you best!

We will try different meditation postures and short breathwork and visualization meditations to determine what suits best.

Plan ahead
A personal plan will be created just for you based on your goal and time commitment. This will be a combination of live classes and recorded sessions via the app.

Zoom link will be shared via email one day before your class.

All you need to do is bring along a mat, chair or meditation cushion and the intention to learn. You can join from anywhere!

Q) I have never meditated before , is this for me? A)Absolutely, personal sessions are a great way to start your meditation practice. Q) What if I can't attend a classes? A) No problem. As long as you reschedule 12 hours in advance you are good to go. Please keep in mind that we can only reschedule you a maximum of two times. A no-show counts as a class. Q) I have more questions, what should I do? A) Happy to answer any questions you have. Please contact us at your convenience. Q) Are there any taxes? A) Yes GST is applicable. Q) Do I have to pay for the community class? A) Community group classes are free of charge for our monthly, quarterly and annual members. Q) I am not a member, can I attend classes? A) Anyone is welcome to book a personal meditation class but community classes are only reserved for our members. Q) I have more questions, what should I do?
