This guided, gentle Reiki Meditation will help you build a mind-body connection and learn to decipher body cues in turn help with alleviating aches and pain.

Reiki means universal energy in Japanese Kanji. It is the life force that flows through all living things and during this meditation, our instructor, who is a certified Reiki Master Teacher will be directing that universal energy to you, from a distance, for healing purposes with the intent of bringing balance and harmony to your life. Please remember that all healing is powered by your intention.


What you can expect

  • To be more receptive to your body's cues.

  • Pain and emotions that have been suppressed emotions and patterns may surface to be identified and managed - in the most gentle way.
