Is the Sharpen Your Focus Program for beginners? Answer: While the program focuses on building concentration, experienced meditators will benefit from it. Beginners can still participate and may find the guided meditations helpful. Nama also offers a library of meditations specifically designed for beginners.
What if I can't meditate for 19 minutes? Answer: No problem! The program starts with shorter meditations and gradually increases the duration. You can always pause the meditation or listen to it in parts if needed.
Do I need any special equipment to meditate? Answer: No equipment is necessary! Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down. You can even meditate in a chair. Wear loose clothing and focus on your breath.)
